My puzzle buddy arrived in 2 days. It is perfect! I had to return one I had bought from a big puzzle seller because the tube was much too narrow and short, and the surface of the mat was foam that was all wrinkled. The Puzzle Buddy has a nice wide tube and smooth felt. Just perfect!

Oh.....m'gawd! I recently began a very large puzzle (nearly 5 feet long--I didn't realize it was that big when I bought it) and today "installed" it on my new jumbo Puzzle Buddy, which arrived just 2 days ago! Whoever invented this thing deserves some kind of award because it is absolute genius. As far as I'm concerned, my Puzzle Buddy has already paid for itself. Thank you thank you thank you for giving me my kitchen table back!

I wanted to thank you for your wonderful puzzle roll. I'm in the middle of the largest puzzle I've ever done, but I'm having my family stay with me next week. Fortunately, I was able to get it on the mat and now I don't have to worry!

Hello, just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with the 2 Puzzle Buddy's I purchased. I have worked a lot of jigsaw puzzles on a few different "brands" of mats. Yours is by far the best. The tube is a good wide width (the puzzle rolls easily), velcro straps (much better than the usual rubber bands), and the end caps (great for storage when not in use). I can't say enough.
